DOTY Award Winners

Doll Reader Announces the 2010
DOTY Public’s Choice Award Winners

Doll Reader magazine recently announced the winners of its 2010 Doll of the Year® (DOTY®) Public’s Choice® awards program. From a pool of 75 DOTY® nominees that were announced in January at IDEX Premiere in Orlando, Fla., readers voted for one doll in each of the 15 categories to take home the prestigious award.

Originally launched in 1985, this awards program pays tribute to dolls of exceptional design and manufacture and remains one of the most prominent events in the industry. The program has, according to Madavor Media publisher Susan Fitzgerald, brought artists and collectors together in celebration of the art of the doll for years and will continue to do so for years to come.
