Anyone with a young daughter can probably understand the excitement created by American Girl Dolls, a line of high-end dolls and accessories with a book series to accompany each doll. Each doll comes from a unique background and time in American history. This weekend a new friend joins the American Girl collection, Rebecca Rubin. Rebecca is a Jewish Russian immigrant girl living on Manhattan's Lower East Side in 1914.
Rebecca makes her big debut this Sunday, May 31, and the American Girl Boutique and Bistro at Northpoint Mall invites you to celebrate her arrival. The doors open at 10 a.m. on Sunday and the store will host free special events from 11a.m. to 3p.m. The first 100 girls in line will be entered into a drawing to win the entire Rebecca collection and will receive a goody bag.
